User story
A **user story** states who benefits, what they need, and why — in one sentence — before scoping AI work.
#When to use
Backlog items for AI features: “As a support agent, I want draft replies so I respond faster.”
#When not
As full technical spec — stories need acceptance criteria and eval tasks.
#Example
“As a PM, I want meeting summaries so I ship accurate follow-ups without re-reading 60 minutes of notes.”
