AI that **creates new content** — text, images, audio, video — from a prompt or input, rather than only labeling or sorting.
When to use
Drafting, brainstorming, image creation, voiceovers, code stubs, and creative exploration.
When not to
When you need guaranteed factual accuracy, legal/medical decisions, or certified counts — verify or use non-generative tools.
Example
Prompt: "Write three subject lines for a summer sale email." The model generates new wording each time.
