Service recovery
Restoring **normal operation** after an incident — rollback, hotfix, or traffic shift back to healthy version.
When to use
End state of every incident response, with verified metrics.
When not
Declared “done” without checking golden queries and error rates.
Example
Rollback complete → p95 and citation rate match baseline for 30 minutes → close incident.
